Roasted Sunchokes
Ingredients
- 14 Sunchokes (Jerusalem artichokes) (Helianthus tuberosus) medium-sized, scrubbed not peeled
- 10 cloves of garlic large ones halved
- 4 sprigs Rosemary fresj
- 4 Tblsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt optional
- black pepper fresh ground, to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until sunchokes pierce easily with a fork.
