Cilantro Chelation Pesto


  • 4 cloves Organic garlic (allicin)
  • 1/3 cup organic Brazil nuts (selenium)
  • 1/3 cup organic sunflower seeds (cysteine)
  • 1/3 cup organic pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium)
  • 2 cups fresh organic cilantro (coriander, Chinese parsley) (vitamin A and C)
  • 1/3 cup organic flaxseed oil (omega 3 oil)
  • 1/3 cup orgaic extra virigin olive oil MUFAs (monounsaturated fatty acids)
  • 4 Tblsp organic lemon juice (vitamin C)
  • 2 tsp organic dulse (kelp) powder (iodine)
  • sea salt to taste (optional)


  • Process the garlic and nuts/seeds and oils in a blender or food processer until a paste is achieved’.
    Add the coriander and process.
    Add the dulse and lemon juice and mix until the mixture is finely blended into a paste.

    Store in dark glass jars if possible.
 It freezes well also, so purchase cilantro in season and make a lot!

Great on toast, pasta, fish, chicken, eggs, straight, whatever, enjoy!
